We offer the highest quality bespoke corporate sailing days onboard our luxury yachts. Based on the sheltered waters of the Solent we can provide the ultimate on the water experience for you and your guests.
Guests are welcome to take part in the sailing or settle back and enjoy the sheer indulgence and comfort whilst cruising the breathtaking coastline of the Solent and Isle of Wight. In the care of our highly qualified skippers, no sailing experience is necessary. The finest food is an absolute hallmark of our corporate sailing days, having superb onboard catering as well as access to first class restaurants and yacht clubs.

Corporate Sailing offers a variety of benefits to your employee incentive programs, team building, social events and entertaining esteemed clients. These are the most exciting and fulfilling charters that we have to offer. Accommodating between 3 and 300 clients, we tailor any event to suit your company’s requirements.
A typical in-house company regatta itinerary
08:00: Guests arrive and are met by a member of the Fairview Sailings team. After introductions to your Skipper over welcoming bacon rolls, orange juice, tea and coffee, a comprehensive safety briefing is given before departure from the marina.
09:00: Time to get out on the water. The yacht leaves it’s berth and sails up the beautiful River Hamble towards the Solent where teams take part in a morning of race training to ensure a fun and safe racing for all.
11:30: Race 1
12:30: After a morning of sailing, it’s time for lunch. If you are staying on board for lunch you can choose between the deli bag or a sumptuous buffet including a selection of salads, marinated meats, salmon fillets, pasta and rice, followed by desserts, and finally a cheese board.
13:30: Race 2
14:00: Race 3
15:00: Return to Port Hamble for post sailing drinks with your colleagues and clients.
16:00: Prizegiving and optional BBQ and entertainment.
