Take your team out on the water
Sailing is one of the most dynamic team sports that everyone can enjoy and the perfect environment to learn to become a high-performance team: total interdependence, multiple roles, and task demands, constantly changing conditions, challenging, involving and memorable. It is also great fun and a true adventure.
Other team building companies try their hand at sailing from time-to-time, but we believe the only experience can ensure that you get the most out of the environment; many opportunities are simply missed by less experienced trainers. Your team will establish the beliefs, attitudes, and expectations that give it identity and make individual members feel proud to belong. Your team will make the psychological shift that is the lifeblood of exceptional performance and develop a repertoire of skills and processes that will give it the collaborative capability it needs.
We offer one, two and three-day standard courses or bespoke courses to meet your needs and begin your adventure.
- 8am – Arrive at Port Hamble Marina and enjoy breakfast with your crew
- 8:30am – Skippers brief
- 9am – Depart from Port Hamble Marina out to the Solent for a morning of sailing over to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight
- 12:30pm – Head ashore for a delicious lunch in one of our preferred partner restaurants
- 2pm – Enjoy a leisurely sail back across the Solent
- 4pm – Arrive back in Port Hamble Marina, departing at leisure.
